Makhija
Co-Founder
A seasoned writer, producer, and accomplished actor with over two decades in the entertainment industry, Masumeh Makhija comes from a family that produced classics like Jalwa, Chashme Baddoor, Khatta Meetha, and Hero Hiralal. She has starred in award-winning films such as Maqbool, Chupke Se, Three Stories, and Bhagwan Bharose, while also producing multiple feature films and leading the production of hundreds of ad films and AFPs.
As co-founder of The Creative Tribe (TCT), a premier production house with nearly a decade of expertise in advertising, she has played a key role in crafting impactful storytelling for a diverse range of brands. Under her leadership, TCT has delivered over 1,000 commercials for major clients, including Reliance Digital, Mutual Funds Sahi Hai, Reliance Trends, HDFC & Axis Mutual Funds, and Figaro Olive Oil.

Shah
A National Award (2024) winner for Kutch Express and a State Award recipient for Golkeri, Viral Shah is an acclaimed filmmaker with six feature films to his credit. He has also directed and produced hundreds of ad films, leaving a strong imprint in both cinema and commercial storytelling.
As co-founder of The Creative Tribe (TCT), he has been pivotal in shaping it into a leading production house, delivering high-impact ad films for India’s biggest brands.
Beyond commercials, Masumeh and Viral continue to push creative boundaries, expanding TCT into feature filmmaking, with their latest collaborations including two co-productions with Jio Studios.
